Beth, a seasoned hair professional since 2008, blends her one-of-a-kind background as a luxury hair artist at Chitwood Aesthetic Concepts with her impressive accomplishment as a double Olympic Gold Medalist in the sport of swimming in the 1996 Olympics.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts from the University of Arizona, her skills in costume design and sewing have served to enhance her artistry in hair extensions as a certified IBE Extension Specialist. Beth’s commitment to excellence in blonding and color services are reflected in her status as a Blonde Master as well as a Master of Balayage and she has extended her diverse experiences everywhere from the U.S. to New Zealand.

In 2023, Beth launched Chitwood Aesthetic Concepts in Martinsville, IN, bringing her exceptional skills and expertise in luxury hair services to the local and surrounding communities.

Beth lives with her husband Cory, the Associate Head Coch for Swimming at IU, and their two children, Jolene and Maverick. They enjoy boating, relaxing and playing with their pup, Boone.
