Booking & Privacy Policies


All clients receiving a first-time chemical service with Beth (lightening, color, chemical service) are required to have a consultation.  All consultation are complimentary and can be found on the booking website.


All information collected from our booking page or website is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact, or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the information we need to best serve you.




Cancellation Policy / Late Policy


Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves. 


As a kind reminder and to avoid penalty, 48-hours notice is required for all appointment adjustments or cancellations. Appointments adjusted or cancelled within 48 hours notice to the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment. Appointments adjusted or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice to the scheduled appointment will be charged 90% of the cost of the appointment.  Appointment no-shows will be charged 90% of the cost of the scheduled appointment.  This does not go toward the cost of your next appointment.  All charges must be paid in full prior to being able to book your next appointment.


Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled. Please call us at (812) 320-7893 if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late, so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment. Please note, multiple missed or late appointments may eventually require a non-refundable deposit in order to secure future bookings.



Refund Policy


Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service(s), our refund policies are laid out as such:


1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to Chitwood Aesthetic Concepts so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction.  Upon inspection by upper management, the decision will be made at that time as to whether any additional services received within the 3-day timeframe will be complimentary or at the designated salon price.


2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary.
